I received my Chartered Physicist status in 2004 and am now a director.

Several students have improved by more than 4 grades after just six months of tuition with me, and commonly students improve by at least one or two grades. Many of my students who previously had lost their passion for Maths and Physics, go on to take these subjects to a further level. I recently completed a PhD in Bioengineering at Imperial College London, carrying out mathematical research on heart disease. My first degree was in Maths at the same university, and I took a Masters in Biomedical Research in between.

For most of school, university and career to date, my interest in how things work has guided my life. I have been tutoring maths and physics for over 20 years, full time for the past 10 years. I teach AQA, Edexcel, OCR(A) and WJEC. I teach both UK and international students and my focus is sound principles and building student motivation to achieve excellent examination results.

Tutoring Approach:
My approach is to build lessons around the very latest past paper questions pertinent to the requirements of each student. I focus on exam technique, strategy and question trends for each board.

I offer unlimited free support outside tutoring sessions by answering any questions via WhatsApp and help in using AI and other tools in the most advantageous ways.

I am a retired research engineer with degrees in engineering and maths. I am a Chartered Engineer, MIEE and also a member of Mensa.
