We have about 50 students in each of years 12 and 13. 26 of our Physics students gained grade As at AS Level in 2006. 48% A and A* at A2 Level in June 2011. This is twice the Welsh average which puts us at the top of tree. 67% A*,A or B in 2012 in my class. Three of my students have won the Institute of Physics prize for the highest A Level marks in Wales with several gaining 600/600. I'm a qualified science teacher and Head of Science based in London, who currently teaches in a secondary school to students aged 11-18. I teach all sciences (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) to KS3 and GCSE (Edexcel and AQA specification), and teach A-Level Biology (OCR specification). I am an aerospace engineer by qualification with a Bachelor's and Masters degree from the University of Leeds in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering. I joined the automotive industry in 2015 and have since worked in engineering. Being an engineer and coming from a family of engineers, Maths is naturally my favourite subject and my strength. I have more that 25 years experience in teaching in the subjects of Maths, Computer Science and Physics at A level and some degree levels. I assume myself as highly experienced teacher. During these years I have worked (full time or part time) in State schools and private colleges and also private tuitions. My approaches in teaching and tutoring are very flexible depending on the needs and ways the students would like. This enables me to deliver. Always I attempt to make the topics as enjoyable as possible, as practical as possible, as realistic as possible, etc. Especially, nowadays and through the lockdown time and using online. I hold a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with QTS and PGCE from the University of Birmingham.
