Iain was born in 1986 in Dundee, Scotland into a large musical family, so unsurprisingly making music was all that he wanted to do from an early age. He first began to learn the trumpet in school aged seven, before joining his local brass band Dundee Instrumental on cornet at the age of ten. By the age of twelve, Iain had been promoted to principal cornet, a position he later went on to hold with several of Scotland's top bands, also including the National Youth Brass Band of Scotland. Many solo competitions were won along the way - including the junior section at the British Open Solo Championships at age eleven. Having gained two Trinity College diplomas before the age of eighteen, Iain took the advice of teacher David James and moved south to study music at the University of Salford, where his playing really began to blossom. Since then Iain has held positions as principal cornet with many of the UK's leading brass bands including his current seat with the world renowned Leyland Band. He has enjoyed many successful contest and concert performances, and is fast establishing a reputation as one of the finest cornet soloists of his generation, performing, adjudicating and giving master-classes as far afield as the USA, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Japan. In 2009 Iain was the recipient of a prestigious Dewar Arts award, awarded for performance in trumpet. This award allowed him to complete his postgraduate studies at Salford, graduating with an MA in Music (performance) in 2010. Iain is now a cornet tutor at the University of Salford where he is also undertaking researchinto focal dystonia in musicians, working towards a PhD. Iain recorded and released his first solo CD entitled "Vanguard" in August 2012, a release which has been met with great critical acclaim and has fast proven popular.

I was born and raised in Barcelona by a Spanish father and a French mother. I developed a strong interest in languages from a very young age as I learnt three languages as a child; Spanish, French, and Catalan at school. Leigh is a professional drummer, musician and teacher based in London, UK with years of live, studio and tuition experience behind him.

Leigh started playing drums at the age of 14 in Bournemouth, UK after many years listening to and obsessing over classic rock and heavy metal, playing his first show with a band after only about 2 weeks of having owned a drumset. After playing in several local rock bands around the area, Leigh began to study drums at school with the now iconic Tony Nash before heading to the University of Warwick in 2007, and studying drums at an advanced level with world-renowned players and educators such as Benny Greb, Thomas Lang, Derek Roddy, Tommy Igoe and Travis Orbin. It was at this time that he also began taking on students of his own, teaching around the West Midlands and also giving workshops and demonstrations at the University.

After this period of intensive and passionate study, Leigh graduated in 2011 and was immediately welcomed into The Rhythm Studio faculty where he quickly rose to become one of the principal staff in the drum department, teaching private drum lessons to numerous students spanning a wide age, interest and ability spectrum.

Launched in late 2012, the drum stream of The Rhythm Studio's new flagship Rock & Pop Academy courses have been taught and assessed exclusively by Leigh, with much of the material being modelled on his own personal teaching method. The students on this course have progressed astonishingly well, and under his guidance Leigh's private students continue to excel, with a 100% pass rate with Distinction for all grade exams taken after tuition with Leigh.

Whilst he continues to share his knowledge, away from education Leigh's primary focus is his progressive metal band, Beneath Dead Waves, which he co-founded. After years of composition and cultivation, Beneath Dead Waves will release its debut album Inertia in Q3 of 2013, with a full supporting UK tour.

Leigh also composes and performs with London-based rock outfit Hellcat Molly,who have an EP in the works, and has also performed several recording and live session duties with UK shock rocker Al B Damned, providing drums for his last 2 records. With Beneath Dead Waves about to launch, Leigh's schedule now allows him to take on many more private students, and he has recently joined the Drumsense network with Colin Woolway, which is fast emerging as the world's premier programme for drumset education. He is also currently constructing his own personal website, which will contain much more information and media, will host a wealth of instructional material on also act as his online educational vehicle, with plans for an online drum school/video lesson curriculum in their formative stages.

I feel my method not only covers that material, but also educates the student on a much deeper level (covering subjects which some grade exams do not), and also holds (in my opinion) far more relevance to modern day music, having a much more readily available contemporary application. In fact, many of my students who have followed my methods have requested to occasionally be entered for such exams (for school entrance, etc.), and are immediately fluent with the material - all passed with distinction.

Anastasia is a aviolinist, originally from Greece. Anastasia started playing the violin from the age of 6 years old. In 2006 she entered the State Conservatory of Music in Greece, where she graduated from in June 2015 with the Greek National Diploma on Violin performance, winning the 1st prize and a 'virtuosity' award. She holds the distinction of being the conservatoire's youngest violin-graduate ever. While she was studying at the State Conservatory of Music she has has been the leader of the Conservatory's Youth Symphony Orchestra between 2009-2014.

Anastasia moved to London in 2015 and started her Bachelor studies in Music at the Royal Academy of Music, where she studies with professor Richard Deakin. She is currently doing her final year as an undergraduate student at the Academy, expecting to obtain her degree from the university in 2019.

As a student at the Royal Academy of Music, Anastasia has participated in numerous concerts as a soloist, in violin- piano duos and chamber music concerts. She has also been a member of the RAM's Symphony Orchestra performing some of the orchestral masterpieces under Sir-Mark Elder, Semyon Bychkov, Jack van Steen and Robert Trevino.

Being a member of the European Union Youth Orchestra (EUYO) for 4 years, Anastasia has performed throughout Europe under Bernard Haitink, Vladimir Ashkenazy, Vasily Petrenko, Gianandrea Noseda, Xian Zhang and Krysztof Urbansky in many prestigious concert halls including BBC Proms, Konzerthaus- Berlin and the Royal Concertgebouw- Amsterdam, among others.

Anastasia has also played and performed alongside professional orchestras in Greece including the 'State Symphony Orchestra of Thessaloniki', the 'Municipality of Thessaloniki Symphony Orchestra' and the 'Megaron Youth Symphony Orchestra'. She has led the Misbourne Symphony Orchestra in Amersham with success in 2016-2017.

She has attended many masterclasses with very well known violinists such as Zakhar Bron, Maxim Vengerov, Midori Goto, Ivry Gitlis, Gidon Kremer, So Ock-Kim, Tasmin Little, Marina Kesselman and Bohuslav Matousek.
She has recorded and interviewed for the Greek National Radio and Television, Athens 2013.

I'm a writer, composer, director and artist, and prizewinning History finalist at the University of Oxford, with experience of a broad range of learning environments and teaching styles, and substantial industry experience in music and the creative arts. Deeply passionate about my subjects, I'm dedicated to each of my students and enthusiastic about sharing the joy of learning with them. I tutor History, Music, History of Art and Latin to A-Level, IB and equivalent, and English, Design and Technology (Graphic Design route) and Maths to GCSE/IGCSE. I also provide mentoring, including guidance on personal statements, submitted work, admissions tests and interviews, for students applying to study History and related subjects at both Oxbridge and other universities. Currently a final-year historian at the University of Oxford, I hold both academic and music scholarships. I attained a Distinction in the First Public Examination, ranking equal fourth across the University. Paolo is an Italian songwriter, composer, and stage director based in London.

He has independently composed, produced, and released solo albums, as well as soundtracks for theatre productions and songs for other artists. Beginning his music career in 1992, Paolo is also an accomplished singer and guitarist who has performed across Europe and collaborated with numerous international artists.

His unique writing style has evolved over years of traveling, literary studies, and ongoing poetic exploration, which earned him first prize in poetry at the Pirandello Stable Festival in 2012.

Paolo's theatre and cinema career began in 1998. Alongside intensive drama school training, he spent seven years honing his acting and directing skills at the Teatro Regio di Torino, working under renowned directors Franco Zeffirelli, José Carlos Plaza, Ugo De Ana, Giuseppe Patroni Griffi, and John Cox.

Since 2002, he has written and directed numerous plays, including The Bald Soprano by Ionesco, The Trojan Women by Euripides, and A Doll's House by Ibsen, staged in various UK venues.

Throughout his career, Paolo has taught Italian Literature, Humanities, Music, and Geography in primary and secondary schools and academies. He holds an MA in Humanities and Arts from the University of Turin, a Diploma in Classical Guitar from Trinity College London, an MA in Archaeology from UCL, and is currently pursuing PhD research at Cardiff University.

He is the founder of a website dedicated to his archaeological research, and, a video-audio production company.

R. Rahman's music school in Chennai, India, where she was the lead pianist of the KM Piano Ensemble and performed at Alliance Française of Madras.

To excel as a music educator, Gauri studied music education and community under Dr. Adam Grieg and attended teaching seminars by Trinity Laban Conservatoire with Tim Palmer.
