Born in Thessaloniki, Greece in 1981, Andreas started his classical guitar studies at the age of seven, under the tuition of Anastasios Amiridis. He completed his guitar diploma at the Municipal Conservatory of Thessaloniki in 2002 receiving the highest mark.

Andreas then continued with his education obtaining a Bachelor and Master's degree in music from Ionian University of Greece. He has also a Postgraduate title from Mozarteum University in Salzburg, Austria.

There have been many famous and distinguished guitarists that Andreas studied with or attended master classes such as Leo Brouwer, Eliot Fisk, Ricardo Gallen, Jorge Morel, Ε. Αsimakopoulos, Marco Tamayo, Costas Cotsiolis, David Russell.

Andreas has accomplished many goals within his musical career. He has won several National and International contest prizes. He was invited as a soloist in many festivals like the 4th Congress Association of Southeastern Guitarists, Naxos Guitar Festival, Evangelos Asimakopoulos guitar festival in Patras etc.

He has performed as a soloist guitar player as well as accompanied by Chamber music or by Orchestras. One of Andreas career highlights came in October 2008 when he played in Athens Concert Hall with the Athens Camerata-string Orchestra in front of HRH Princess Irene of Spain.

Since 2008 he has begun making his own transcriptions of works by composers of the wider musical repertoire on the guitar. As of July 1st 2010 the release of his first personal CD called "Classical Styles for Today" is ready for purchase.

A fixture in the London underground DJ community for over 10 years, I recently completed a BA in Music Production at BIMM London (1st degree honours awarded) whilst also holding a MLT in Teaching and Training.

I currently tutor at CM Sounds and Core Arts, both based in east London. Production projects have been varied and exciting with remixes and artist albums released on the original rave era label Kniteforce, and sync remix commissions for UMPG (Universal Music).

I am a music graduate, with aims to go into music lecturing. I am about to start an MA in Applied Musicology at Utrecht University. I decided to start Skype tuition because it`s an incredibly effective medium for teaching, and also because I don`t stay in one place for longer than a year at the moment due to being a student.

I have been playing guitar since I was 8 years old, so for over 14 years now. I studied at Leeds College of Music for 2 years, and have recently graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with a BA(Hons) degree in Popular Music. I have a BSc and an MSc in science and a PhD in engineering and have a theoretical and practical knowledge of maths and science. As well as that I have a lot of experience in industry and working around the world. I follow my family tradition in tutoring maths and science in my spare time, helping students, in particular those needing extra help and confidence in their studies. I'm a local musician playing piano and violin to a high level and want to continue to pass on my experience of playing an instrument to as many people as possible of all ages.
