I also have experience of property development. I also have eighteen years of experience working in clinical biochemistry laboratories within the NHS. During the first session I present a short questionnaire that I ask the student to fill in (honestly!) in order for me to assess their individual learning styles (right brain vs. left brain, use of visual stimuli etc), so that I can respond best to their needs.
