Personal Description:
I love Maths. I am having studied Mathematics and Mechanics. I have built up an understanding of what it takes to succeed in a challenging area. I much enjoy being able to build people`s confidence in these areas and the opportunity to share my enjoyment. I am a PhD Student in Mathematics and have an MSc in Mathematical Modelling and Scientific Simulation, MSc in Applied Mathematics.
I provide tuition in Maths and Mechanics, with a professional and very friendly manner aimed at making the student thoroughly at ease and confident with the work in hand. I also integrate practice with teaching and give practical examples to understand the theory better.
Teaching Experience:
I am experienced in tutoring Maths, and Mechanics to GCSEs and A level undergraduate, postgraduate students.
I have international experience in a different country and therefore, can easily relate to people of different culture and race.
I can work as a problem solver, helping students build an understanding of areas they are currently studying and guide them through challenging aspects. This is particularly useful in Maths and mechanics as a large part of studying these subjects is done by solving problems.
