I do not have any official qualifications in Italian, however my background in romance languages (Italian is a Latin-based language which, broadly speaking, I find to have a very similar vocabulary to Spanish with the grammar of French!) and my methodical nature means I would ensure that every lesson is thoroughly planned and carefully checked; I would never teach you anything I am unsure of, as this can be greatly detrimental. I am not available to help with exam preparation for Italian or to teach more advanced levels. My approach is flexible and responsive: rather than presenting rules in a rigid, top-down way, I guide students to discover patterns and structures through dialogue, practice, and reflection. I encourage collaboration, whenever possible, and active participation, as I believe that learning is most effective when it is social, dynamic, and connected to real-life contexts.

Moreover, I design thematic lessons, such as art and cinema, to make learning Italian more engaging for students with a genuine interest in these areas.
