I was born and raised in Greece and I lived for eight years in Germany before moving to the UK, where I've been based since 2010. I am a native Greek speaker, specialized in Greek Language and teaching. I have been teaching Greek as a seond/foreign language for the last 11 years in various contexts. I have had students inside my classrooms or through a one-to-one teaching that had from 0 to 10 motivation/prior knowledge/time to study/talent in learning foreign languages. However, all of them made progress, all of them learnt Greek to some level and achieved their personal goals with my guidance. Tutoring Approach:
I am open to teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced level of language courses. I would prefer in-person teaching in the Oxford area; however, online sessions would also work. Please let me know. I would like to go through a grammar book that I mostly rely on when teaching languages. However, if your level is above the beginner level, we can also do speaking sessions, where I can occasionally correct mistakes, taking notes about them. After this, we can go over the related subject.

If you need any guidance about any academia-related subject, I can help you with this. My previous students were quite happy to see that the quality of their term papers and short term assignments significantly increased after having one to one in-person sessions with me. Aside from teaching students how to contextualize various academic subjects, I also show them how to structurally organize their works.
