I then take these away and mark them in my own time and return with a deeper view of where they are going wrong after they have been taught. Tutoring Approach:
Although I learned all my foreign languages through a rigorous method very much based on writing and grammar, I am happy to adapt my method to my pupil's needs. Personally, I believe that conversation is the key to becoming fluent in a language, but at the same time I do not neglect the importance of writing and reading comprehension. I therefore aim to split my lessons as evenly as possible between speaking, reading, listening comprehension, and writing assignments.

My third year at University was spent abroad. I chose to teach in France for 7 months in two primary schools which I very much enjoyed. As a teacher and AQA examiner, I have access to past papers as well as having built up a wide range of teaching resources with which to teach.
