I'm a native Russian speaker originally from Kaliningrad who moved to the UK in 1996. These days, I've lived in Yorkshire longer than I lived in Russia, so my life is very much shaped by both cultures. I am a qualified Spanish Teacher and native speaker with in-depth expertise in the Spanish language, grammar, and literature, and an immense range of vocabulary. I have been a Spanish Teacher and an English Teacher since 2002, and have worked as a Secondary Spanish Teacher and as a Secondary French Teacher.

I am an enthusiastic psycholinguist, currently completing her masters project on language acquisition. I enjoy exploring language in all levels in terms of learning, teaching and doing research. I am also interested in the evolution of natural languages. I also have simultaneous translation experience from Turkish to English and vice versa. I am quite friendly and understanding.
