The following steps outline the process of each tuition session:

Most recently I have been working as a senior manager in a software engineering company. I am approaching retirement age and returning to teaching. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I created and delivered online learning materials that were adopted by students across Kerala.

Tutoring Approach:
I believe in making complex concepts accessible through clear explanation, practical examples, and interactive problem-solving. I adapt my teaching style to the individual learner - whether that means breaking down foundational concepts for beginners or challenging more advanced students with real-world applications. I make extensive use of worked examples, visual aids, and hands-on coding exercises to build both confidence and competence. My goal is always for students to develop genuine understanding rather than rote knowledge, and I take pride in supporting students who find technical subjects daunting.
