Tutoring Approach:
I use a lot of Socratic questioning to scaffold how the student should think when they approach a question they don't understand, this helps them be more confident to think through questions in the future.

Hi, I'm Aysha, and I'm a dedicated and enthusiastic tutor who loves supporting students and helping them succeed in their studies. I have a strong academic background, having completed my studies in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and Chemistry. My predicted grades are A* in Mathematics, A* in Further Mathematics, and A in Chemistry.I enjoy helping students overcome challenging topics and believe that every student can succeed with the right guidance and encouragement. Having only recently studied these subjects myself, I have a strong understanding of the current GCSE and A-Level specifications, exam techniques, and the areas that students often find most challenging. I am a dedicated and enthusiastic tutor with one year of experience working at Fine Tutors, where I worked with students of different ages and abilities, helping them build confidence and improve their academic performance. I also have experience providing private one-to-one A-Level Chemistry tuition, allowing me to tailor lessons to each student's individual learning style and pace.

Having worked with students of varying abilities, I understand that every learner is different. My name is Gerda, and Sciences are a very big part of my life, however besides that I have also got many achievements in other areas. I am a finalist of the largest public speaking contest in the UK. Graduate of a training programme for young leaders and am now an aspiring Medical Student at Imperial Collage London.

Teaching Experience:
I've spent several years teaching children and am now expanding into Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Physics tutoring. With seven grade 9s at GCSE, including in these subjects, I understand exactly what's required to reach the top grades.
