During the last two decades I have worked with many hundreds of students and have read research studies from academics around the world on the subject of attainment in mathematics. My own experience is in keeping with all the studies I have read about this topic. I usually start with the current topics that student is studying in the school and explain to the student that topic and related background knowledge. For many years now, I have found great joy and passion in teaching and mentoring. Over the course of 7 years, I have dedicated over 250 hours to tutoring challenging concepts in GCSE Maths and Science, as well as A Level Biology and Chemistry.
