Moving to A level years I started helping out some of the teachers in my school to run after school sessions to help kids with their Homework. Some may learn visually with experiments or examples whereas others will learn through trial and improvement of their own. I will spend the first session finding out how they like to learn and design a program just right for that individual student.

- how to manage time in exams
- how to structure their answers in an exam
- lots and lots of practice

I also offer a lot of flexibility. If the student has learnt something in school they didn't quite understand, I can go over the topic again with them during our lesson. If the student understood everything in school, I can teach them new topics to prepare them for when they learn that topic in school.
