During the first session I present a short questionnaire that I ask the student to fill in (honestly!) in order for me to assess their individual learning styles (right brain vs. left brain, use of visual stimuli etc), so that I can respond best to their needs. I have also coached and mentored professionals throughout my career, guiding them through complex projects and helping them to achieve personal and team goals. My experience working with young people stems from my time as a mountain guide, where I took groups of children on outdoor expeditions, teaching them about the environment and leadership.
