An initial meeting establishes the student's needs and the direction tuition should take. We then begin work on a programme of study which focuses on filling gaps in knowledge and addressing any areas of weakness in some cases we conduct a diagnostic test .
I set regular mile stones/homework and assignments - the quantity varying with how much time the student has - and give feedback the following session.

Tuition generally runs as an independent course running parallel to and complementing what the student is doing at college or university. I specialise in examining for Edexcel A-Level Business Paper 1 (9BS01) and Paper 3 (9BS03), and I participate in annual standardisation, and in-depth training. This insider experience allows me to gain the most up-to-date and relevant understanding of the marking process.

Additionally, I have earned prestigious HR qualifications, including CIPD Associate Membership and a Chartered Qualification in HRM.
