Currently pursuing an MSc in HRM at York St John University, I also hold an MBA with Merit from Cardiff Metropolitan University. I graduated with a 1st Class degree in HRM from Kaatsu International University (KIU), where I earned the KIU Gold Medal for the highest GPA in my batch. Additionally, I have earned prestigious HR qualifications, including CIPD Associate Membership and a Chartered Qualification in HRM.

I also served as a Demonstrator & Research Supervisor in HRM at KIU (Sri Lanka), where I supported students in understanding complex concepts.
