My background is medicine and moved to business specialising in services marketing. I have years of experience as a senior clinical bedside instructor for medical and nursing students then later spent years as training consultant for HIV/AIDS, Sexual health and Health and Social care professionals. I have also worked as senior lecturer for Glyndwr university London campus teaching BA students Principles of Marketing & Business practice, Global Marketing, Customer Relationship Management and MBA students, Strategic Marketing and Strategic Management, Financial Management, Research Methods, Project Management and supervising students on projects and dissertation. Tutoring Approach:
I use student problem identification approach which means I encourage students to identify and communicate to me what they are experiencing as a problem in their specific topics in their studies and then based either face to face or online, I focus on these specified identified problems. The benefit of this approach is that it encourages the student to study, engage and interact. with me as well as providing me the basis for my own post tutoring assessment to whether my tutorial is making the difference. All my tutorials are highly interactive as I use questions and discussion with the students to make sure that they have understood. There are also min activities at the end of every tutorial as well as homework for students to do in every subject I tutor. These are mainly based on past exam papers and are aimed at developing students' confidence and self belief and develop skills they need to succeed in their exams.

I am very proud that my tutees achieve such excellent grades as I am able to improve essay and short answer grades, often considerably, due to my extensive experience at A level.. I am a friendly, very patient and good humoured tutor who is highly professional in my approach to tutoring whether online or one to one. I work hard for my tutees and am always prepared to go the extra mile. My commitment to my students is not just in the tutoring session as I will assess work and give help whenever my tutees ask for it. I have a very extensive understanding of Economics and Business and I keep up with all the latest developments in my subjects. I am a qualified, teacher with over thirty five years experience teaching and tutoring Economics and Business. I have worked for all the major examination boards as a moderator, examiner and question setter. I have a great deal of understanding of what GCSE and A level examiners are looking for in awarding top grades. I firmly believe that the majority of teachers and schools/colleges do their best to help their students. However, many students have weaknesses especially in their written work. To gain high grades students need to be able to analyse, apply and evaluate their knowledge but those skills are often not developed by their school or college. However, my experience and individually focused sessions can remedy this and as a result my students soon are making far better responses to essay questions, data response and case studies than before they started tuition. I have been teaching Business, Employability Skills and IT for the past 25 years. I am a national examiner for OCR GCSE, A-Level and Cambridge Technicals Business Studies.

I am Shravani and I have been teaching students for quite a while. I have graduated with an IB diploma and graduated in Business administration majoring in Management and Marketing.

I have studied Economics, Maths in Higher level, English Language and Literature, Norwegian, Chemistry.

Teaching Experience:
I have taught students for few years, I ensure students and kids get better at writing and get enough prep for their exams. I have taught students of various ages, kids from primary school to students studying IB. I have taught maths, English, Economics and Business and since I am currently studying that as well.
