During 2017 I along with my creative friends, we setup our own architecture and interior design firm 'Tales & Details'. In T&D we have been successfully delivering the hospitality and residential projects based in the city of oranges Nagpur.

My classes will focus on drawing and painting, and the use of sketchbooks that will provide you with the fundamentals of a portfolio for application to college or art school. I graduated from Glasgow School of Art in 2000 and have taught there as well as at other colleges, schools and museums. The sketchbook should be a journal of your ideas and thoughts. It's not something for finished works. It's your space to experiment, to discover, but also to fail and make mistakes.

I have been a visiting lecturer at Glasgow School of Art and at various schools and colleges across Scotland on a freelance basis. I have taught art in secondary and primary education and even had the best day making portraits with kids in a local nursery.

I graduated from The Slade School of Fine Art, UCL in Art, Art History and with a Subsidiary Subject in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (First Class).

I have exhibited my work internationally. Recent solo exhibitions include Kebbel-Villa museum in (Bavaria), BeAdvisors (Milan) Darren Flook (London) and at Imlabor (Tokyo). Teaching Experience:
I have built up 7 years experience teaching from secondary school to University Level.

I work as an Associate Lecturer on the BA Painting Programme at Camberwell College of Arts (University of the Arts London), as a mentor on the Turps Painting Programme and was invited to be a Visiting Artist at Goldsmiths for 2023, and again for 2024. I am also a Dissertation Supervisor for Final Year students at Camberwell on their BA Programme. My specialism is Art History, however I have extensive knowledge of a wide variety of subjects and my tutees have all immensely improved their grades (often by multiple grade bands) and have been very happy with their results.

I also teach writing for a wide variety of audiences. I have experience writing reviews of exhibitions for Mousse magazine and an in conversation series with key artistic figures, including Turner Prize winner Mark Leckey, Markus Lüpertz, Leidy Churchman and Chris Martin. In 2019 my writing won the a-n arts prize and I took part in a series of workshops facilitated by prominent writers and editors, such as the Editor of Frieze magazine.

My approach to tutoring is very much centred on the student. I believe it's very important to spend time listening to the students' particular needs, their interests and learning goals in order to tailor a course of lessons to play to their strengths and build on their weaknesses. I am an RCA MA Painting graduate, and I have a BA(Hons) degree in Fine Art from Westminster University, and a Foundation diploma in Art & Design from the University for the Creative Arts. I am a practicing artist based in London, specializing in painting, and I have been showing my work nationally and internationally. My recent solo show was at Class Reiss London, and I also had a solo presentation at Art Athina. My fascination with tutoring derives from my sensitivity around learning disabilities, something which is a recurring theme in my practice as I grew up as a dyslexic learner, as well as my educational experience of being part of leading academic UK institutions.

Through my work as an art tutor I strive to inspire and support my students, offering insight to my experience as a RCA alumnus and to the professional life of an artist.
