I see myself closer to the role of a mentor rather than a tutor, with my goal being to help students maximise their potential and achieve their set goals. These can range from academic excellence to securing a full-time job in investment banking or joining a top university.

I have studied Economics at UCL, where I graduated at the top of my class with First Class, Russian Studies at OXFORD, and Management at the Judge Business School in CAMBRIDGE (Distinction). Moreover, I hold a PhD in Economics (UCL, 2016).

As you can see in my profile, I characterise myself as an Investor, Entrepreneur, and Academic. Explain till the time the concept is not clear. There is no need to rush. I believe that the minute you understand a topic, you will be able to master it with proper practice. I believe that there are no stupid questions and I make my students feel comfortable to ask me questions related to the subject as many times as possible.

Personal Description:
I am a dedicated tutor that seeks to provide detailed classroom activities that allow students to reach their potential. I have experience within the accounting industry and keep my knowledge relevant by working 1 morning per week in an accounting role, covering profit margins, payroll and invoicing.

Teaching Experience:
I have 8 years experience as a tutor and have covered all levels of AAT from level 1 to level 4. I am dedicated to the students and provide a wide range of activities to allow each student to understand, based on their personal learning style. I stay relevant with the awarding body by keeping up annual CPD and attending the regional events for both adult learners and apprentices.

Tutoring Approach:
I bring lots of experience to the role and approach each student individually depending on their learning style. I will adapt my teaching style on evaluation of the students needs. Due to my hands on approach and up to date knowledge, I bring life experiences to the classroom to allow the students to understand the affects of journals and book keeping entries on the business or the statements that they will produce.
