I have many thousands of hours tutoring experience following a career in the telecommunications industry. I am also a qualified Flying Instructor, and have been trained to effectively deliver one-to-one tuition.

I have always enjoyed helping people to achieve their goals and will go the extra mile to ensure the success of my students.

I currently work for Derbyshire County Council as an 'out of school' tutor in the core subjects and also as a private maths tutor. During 2012/13 I worked at Levenshulme High school, an 11-16 girls school in Manchester, where I taught maths. Prior to this I worked at Burnage Media Arts College as a maths teacher and Astley Sports College as a maths teacher with extra responsibilities as the ICT coordinator and the gifted and talented coordinator for the whole school. From completing my degree to pursuing a career in teaching I raced as a semi-professional on the Great Britain National Cycling Squad.
