I am a fully qualified primary school teacher and have worked as a private tutor since having my first child in 2009. I tutor Maths up to GCSE and English up to Year 9. I also specialise in preparing children for the 11+.

I have six years of full-time primary teaching experience, working within independent and state schools. In addition, I have tutored a range of children aged between 5 and 16 years of age, privately, and within schools for the National Tutoring Covid Catch-Up Programme. I am a native Chinese speaker and can speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.
I also teach Piano, Trombone, Double Bass and Music Theory up to Grade 8 and Jazz Piano up to Grade 5 as I have all the qualifications in those instruments.
Piano lesson starting from £40 per hours depends on level.

Are you looking for a fully qualified teacher and experienced tutor? I've been a teacher for 24 years and I love helping children to learn and grow while developing the skills and knowledge that they'll need to happy and productive members of the world's community.

Teaching Experience:
I taught in KS2 throughout my teaching career, for the most part, in Year 6. I have tutored many children over the years, often supporting friends' children voluntarily. For the last couple of years, as well as teaching Year 6 and leading maths in a primary school, I have offered paid, private tuition and have tutored children from Year 2 to Year 8, children taking the 11+ as well as home educated children.

I also completed a one year certificate in professional education (CPEd) offered by St Mary & St John College, University of Plymouth UK in 2009.

I had been teaching Maths, Physics and Statistics grade 8 to graduate level for more than 20 years. Besides my regular school teaching job I used to teach Maths in the evening academies and taught Maths of different age groups from 14 years to 20 years.

My name is Amandine and I am studying a Master's degree in Education and English teaching in France while being abroad for a year. I graduated from Université de Bretagne Occidentale (Brittany) and Bangor University (Wales) with a BA in English Literature, Civilisation and Linguistics.

I work as a fully DBS checked French Language Assistant in a private boarding school. I am currently working with GCSE and A level students, of all abilities, on their speaking exams.

I offer regular online lessons to help you be more confident when speaking a second language. This includes working on French grammar, general conversation and pronunciation.

I currently have 6 students who have weekly English Zoom lessons with me. The students are from Spain, Romania and England.
I love walking, ballet, reading, history and travelling.
I am outgoing, enthusiastic and organised.
Since moving to Honeybourne, Worcestershire I give regular Yoga classes at the village hall.
My students have gone from strength to strength and 2 of them (both Spanish teenagers) were selected by their school to attend a one week placement at the United Nations earlier this year.
