Buongiorno! I am Julie, I have been teaching Beginners Italian for 15 years, I lived in Milano some years ago, returning to the UK in 2001. I love teaching and always aim to make the lessons fun and not too scary for beginners!

While living in Italy I taught English and Art, and since my return to UK I took my Italian A Level and having been teaching ever since. I really enjoy teaching and think that shows in my very interactive lessons!

I am of french nationality, i arrived in bristol 7 months ago. I have spent my whole life in france, passed my A level, studied carpentry and passed my exam successfully. I practiced english for 6 years at school, and i am now completely bilingual. I read a lot in english and i am very ineterested in languages in general. My music studies began at the age of 9 with classical piano.
Since 1990 I began studying and playing as a keyboards and bass player in many different music's styles bands.

During my music studies I also had the chance to attend several masterclasses in improvisation, music harmony and theory with important musicians as: George Garzone, Bob Brookmeyer, Ayn Inserto, Scott Henderson, Gary Willis, John Stowell, Bob Mintzer, Dave Holland, Kurt Rosenwinkel and more.
