I have achieved A*A*A*A in my recent A Level results and have also represented my country in various mathematics competition which include me winning an Honourable Mention in Asia Pacific Mathematics Olympiad.
Have also achieved Gold Medal in National Physics Competition in my country.

Teaching Experience:
I have previously volunteered with the Salvation Army and had taught GCSE students over there. Overall it went quite well and I saw improvement in their ability to answer questions and attitude towards the subject.
I have also been an assistant Mathematics Olympiad coach. This job required me to lecture some of the best students in Malaysia so that they can score well in national competitions.
Thus, I believe I am able to teach students of different abilities.

I am a self-employed music teacher who has been working in numerous schools across north-east England for over 10 years. Currently, I work alongside two music companies delivering music workshops in primary and secondary schools, and as of the 2023-2024 school calendar I deliver lessons to 10 schools on a weekly basis.

My main passion is delivering instrumental tuition on a number of instruments which include; electric guitar, acoustic guitar, keyboard, piano, ukulele, and music theory. I have eleven years of experience as a class teacher in English primary schools, including five years in a private school. I have taught in all year groups in KS1 and KS2 in mainstream, private schools and special educational schools, where I also taught KS3 classes.

As a basic resource, I use workbooks to identify areas of difficulty, then teach in depth using my own examples and explanations. I keep explanations light and include games to keep those with shorter attention spans occupied. Online, we use an interactive whiteboard to share homework, pdfs, and powerpoints. My lessons use verbal and visual explanations alongside examples to practise in order to cater for all learning styles.
