Personal Description:

Apart from being a family man, who enjoys travel and playing with my son on his Wii there is not a lot to write here.



Teaching Experience:

After a career in design and commerce, I took up teaching because it is more family friendly and frankly I love the buzz I get when a lesson goes well and my students learn. I have taught for 10 years. This long enough to be familiar with the exam syllabuses and get in some examining experience.



Tutoring Approach:

Tutoring must be interactive to be successful. If all I am doing is talking at you telling you facts and processes it will not work. We all learn from a process of guidance and practice, I will help you past the problems but you will do the walking, I cannot help you if I just carry or drag you. You will also learn best if I use concepts and examples that are from activities that interest you. As a serving teacher I am used to doing this with full classes.
