Tutoring Approach:
I adopt a flexible approach to teaching, depending on what the student hopes to achieve. I have always got on well with my students and try to make my lessons fun, friendly and as motivating as possible, involving techniques such as interactive communicative situations, games, quizzes, songs, reading and writing comprehensions, cultural enrichment, essay writing skills, etc. Before the course, I assess the students' needs and their levels; explain the scheme of work and discuss with parents their child's progress. Group lessons can be agreed at a cheaper price.

I have over 12000 hours teaching experience of helping students grow in confidence and raising attainment above their predicted expectations in Maths.
I am a qualified maths teacher (PGCE with Distinction), and I hold a PhD in Mathematical Modelling with a first degree in Aerospace Systems Engineering.
