Information About Archontis:

Personal Description:

I am a PhD candidate and my project area is medical image processing. I currently work on a research project and the involved universities are Imperial College, London and University of Surrey. I possess an MSc degree in Mobile Wireless Telecommunications from the University of Leeds, UK and a degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece both obtained with distinction.

Teaching Experience:

I have had many years of teaching experience in UK, teaching students of various ages and ability maths and other computer-related subjects both in school environment and home (private) tutoring. At the moment, I do maths tutorials for 'weak' 1st year undergraduate students, in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Imperial College, London and private tuition as well.

Tutoring Approach:

I am fully knowledgeable and prepared to teach maths and computing to students and also I would like to emphasize my ability to connect with students of all ages and hold their interest while they learn. I offer well developed "people skills" and a proven track record as a team player with a diligent work ethic.
