Personal Description:

I am an Associate Law Lecturer at the Open University and University of East London in a wide variety of Law subjects, with four years of experience. I also have five years experience of working in legal practice (in law firms and government departments) and specialise Insolvency law. The support I provided focuses on developing the key skills needed to study Law, Economics, Business, Politics and History, such as essay writing skills, research skills, analytical skills and exam technique.

Teaching Experience:

I have 4 years of experience as an Associate Law Lecturer at the Open University, the University of East London and provide private tuiton in Law, Economics, Business, Politics and History. I have five years experience in legal practice (in law firms and government departments), who specialises Insolvency law, Intellectual Property and Land Law. However I have the experience and ability to teach a much wider range of subjects.

Support focuses on the key skills needed to study law such as legal research skills, analytical skills and adapting individual writing styles to suit law essays.

Business Studies and Economics tuition: I studied Law with Business and Economics at Degree level, have an LLM in Business Law. I also lecture in Business and Enterprise studies at a Oxford and Cambridge University joint Summer School (Oxford Royale Academy). I provide personalised tuition in Economics and Business studies across a whole range of topics including both Macro and Micro Economics. The support I provide focuses on developing practical commercial awareness so that students can apply their skills to the real world.

I also have a strong interest in Politics and History, which aid in developing the same skills as Law, Economics, and Business do. I provide personalised tuition to A-level Politics and History students. The Politics tuition covers both UK and US politics.

The History tuiton is provied across a whole range of topics from the Modern British History, The French Third Republic, Pre First World War Germany to the Cold War. The support providied focuses on developing the key analytical skills students need to provide quality answer to source and essay questions in history exams and assignments.
