Information About Rose:


Personal Description:

I am an outgoing person who work well with people of all ages. I have just graduated from Warwick University with BSc (Hons) Engineering and Business Studies. During my time in the university, I have taken two economics module which both gained 1st class. In the past, I had strong results in my GCSE science (AA), ICT (A) and Maths (A*) which remained some of my strongest areas. I also gained grade 8 in Piano (introductory piano lessons are available on request) and fluency in Mandarin Chinese with native oral skills.



Teaching Experience:

I first gained teaching experience while tutoring some relatives on various subjects. Later in the sixth form, I participated in a community sports leadership award which involved going to primary schools to teach PE. During my time in university, I had an internship abroad in Russia where I taught and lead a group of about 30 kids from age 12-15 in a summer camp.



Tutoring Approach:

I like to engage and develop a student's interest in the subject first before starting the lesson, this is to increase motivation and attention so that more information can be absorbed and remembered. I also like to get to know the student first and tailor the lesson plan according to their needs and ability.
