Personal Description:
I have been a Secondary teacher for the past 13 years within mainstream education in the U.K.
You will find me a self motivated,cheerful,hardworking person with a good deal of experience and enthusiasm to offer.
Teaching Experience:
I have aB.A.(hons) Design and P.G.C E. Teaching certificate, I have been teaching in mainstream education in the U.K. for the past 13 years,I have taught a variety of subject areas ranging from Art, I.C.T and Design Technology up to G.C.S.E. and in some cases up to A Level.
Tutoring Approach:
I place considerable importance on the strong connection the Tutor can make with the child and then establish the child's strengths and weaknesses so that the learning process compliments the child's learning styles.
I have found the 1:1 approach to Tutoring very effective in motivating a child's ability
and enthusiasm to learn.
