Information About Dawn:


Personal Description:

I have ten years' experience of designing and delivering IT and personal and professional development training. Previous employers have included Sureskills, Elite Training, Meridio, Prestige Underwriting Services, Fujitsu, QUB.

As part of my own business, I teach the following:

- Personal and Professional Development Skills - including topics such as Confidence, Assertiveness, Self-Esteem
- Communication Skills
- Business Writing
- IT
- Social Media

Business Writing and Technical Writing form a large part of my business. I currently write for Replify, GeoPii and Kainos for example.



Teaching Experience:

In addition to training, I also offer Coaching on many topics and Writing and Editing services to an International business standard and am an experienced Technical Writer.

I currently deliver CPD and Open Learning workshops at QUB's School of Education and coach students on Study Skills and IT at both QUB and University of Ulster.

As part of my interest in self-esteem issues, I deliver Mood Matters and Depression Awareness sessions for Aware Defeat Depression.
