Information About Sophie:
Personal Description:
I am a student at Leeds University in my 3rd and final year reading History of Art. I am looking for part-time work during the week, with the option of weekend shifts as well. I have a limited timetable at University so as a result my hours are flexible. Ideally I am looking for three days/shifts a week.
I am a hard working, patient, friendly and confident person who loves children.
Teaching Experience:
I worked in a charity school in Cape Town called LEAP with young children who are struggling to cope with the hardships life through at them. I helped out in all areas.
Tutoring Approach:
I am willing to help explore all avenues with my student and I believe I could be an inspirational teacher as I am a very creative person who loves working with children.
It was not that long ago that I myself completed my qualifications at school so I am therefore a fresh source of energy who knows what the curriculum really wants and how to perform well in the modern educational environment.
