Personal Description:
I am just starting university and enjoy teaching. My main hobby is learning languages. I have studied French and German at Alevel, Russian for GCSE and will be studying Mandarin Chinese at part of my degree. I also design websites in my spare time and now have a registered company which allows me to continue doing this.
Teaching Experience:
Tutored several students before in Maths and languages.
Tutoring Approach:
Straightforward, to the point approach. For maths, this involves doing exercises.
For languages, a strong grammar based approach and analysis of texts to understand how the language is put together, then build from there with vocabulary. Basically, seeing the language in its real form - newspapers, magazines etc.
For web design, looking at current websites and analysing how they are made up. Using different programs to do this.
