Tutoring Approach:
I prefer to take my students through the fundamentals of the subject before moving to the more advanced level. I believe it is very important to build a stong foundation in whatever subject that the student wishes to pursue to improve.
As such, I do not spoon feed my students with answers or solutions without them having a go at their own questions by themselves first. I always encourage my students to do the asking instead of bombarding them with questions.
I also prefer to conduct the tuition at the library rather than at home as I feel that the atmosphere there is more suitable for the students to study. But I can travel to the students home if neccessary.

I worked in Japan for two years, I spent one year teaching in a private English conversation school in the north of Japan. My youngest student being two and the eldest eighty three. I then spent six months as a lead teacher in an international preschool, here I taught all academic subjects through english to Japanese children. English was there second language.

Tutoring Approach:
I have a very fun and friendly approach as I like to make the atmosphere of the lesson as relaxed as possible. I feel that if the teacher and student are both relaxed learning will be more effective, however I do take teaching seriously. About Shezmin:
I am a 23 year old female who has graduated from the University of Manchester with a Mchem Chemistry with degree classification 2.1

I work full time for a charity as an Events Coordinator as well as having my own business.

Teaching Experience:
I have taught Science in a local secondary school and have been a Private Tutor teaching Maths and Science for two years. I teach all levels up to GCSE.

Tutoring Approach:
As I am quite young I feel I can relate to my students and I find this is a huge advantage when trying to build a strong relationship with them, especially GSCE students. I understand the hardships that teenagers face these days (as I was a teenager only a few years ago) so I can speak to them on their level. People may think that speaking to their students in slang and taking the time to talk to them about school life isn't appropriate but the feedback I've had from students is wonderful, they feel like I understand them and enjoy the learning methods. I am quite disciplined with my students but also try and have fun with them and make our lessons as enjoyable as possible.
