Personal Description:

I have always enjoyed teaching Physics and Mathematics to young learners. The satisfaction and confidence a student receives on the successful outcome of 2 or 3 years studying in school is shared with us both and cannot be underestimated. Tutoring creates a very special kind of bond not always found in large class school environments so the one to one sessions are particularly rewarding.

Teaching Experience:

With over 10 years experience in one to one tuition, I also have over 30 years experience in class teaching. This includes teaching Physics and Mathematics at GCSE and A Level, general Science subjects up to GCSE, Applied Science at BTec, and Vocational Science. I keep up to date with all curriculum developments and any changes to exam requirements. I also offer tuition to students undertaking a Foundation degree in Mathematics, Physics or Engineering, and some related HND courses.
I have now left full-time class teaching to focus on individual tuition.
