Tutoring Approach:

In my first session, I undertake an assessment of the student to establish their current level and identify the weaker areas. Then I custom design a curriculum which is tailored for that individual student to specifically target the identified areas to maximize beneficial learning and avoid wasting time on the wrong areas.
The lessons taught during the session are then followed up by setting homework to practice and consolidate the learning which I mark in my own time and review with the student at the start of the next lesson if required. This approach has proven my students to rapidly progress which has been noted by their school teachers and reflected in the higher grades attained in the end of year exams than they were predicted.
To target the highest grade possible at any level, students should commence private tuition as soon as possible to ensure all topics can be covered in time.

My Tutoring Approach: Personalised Pathways to Success
► Diagnostic First Session
Every student's journey begins with a comprehensive assessment to pinpoint:
• Current understanding and gaps in knowledge
• Learning style (visual, auditory, or kinesthetic)
• Exam board specific requirements
As parent Lorraine noted: "Reza identifies the pupil's unique needs and helps to boost confidence" - this tailored diagnostic ensures no time is wasted on concepts already mastered.
► Customised Learning Plans
Using the initial assessment, I create a roadmap that:
• Prioritises weak areas while consolidating strengths
• Aligns with school curriculum and exam specifications
• Adapts to the student's pace of learning
Parent Kate's experience highlights this flexibility: "Reza helped my son catch up on missed Further Maths content due to illness, making seemingly impossible topics manageable."
► Interactive Lesson Structure
Sessions blend:
1. Concept Breakdowns: Complex ideas simplified with real-world examples
2. Guided Practice: Step-by-step problem solving with immediate feedback
3. Exam Techniques: Marker-focused strategies for maximum marks
Student Pippa confirms: "He's very willing to explain concepts repeatedly until they click."
► Targeted Homework Cycle
• Weekly assignments reinforce lesson content
• Detailed marking with colour-coded feedback
• Dedicated review time at each session's start
Sarah, a parent, observed: "My son's confidence and ability have grown noticeably since working with Reza on this structured approach."
► Progress Tracking
Regular milestones include:
• Fortnightly mini-assessments
• Predicted grade updates
• Exam-style paper rehearsals
KHALID, a tutee, remarked: "Reza's professional tracking system made my progress visible and motivated me to push further."
► Why Early Start Matters
Beginning tuition early allows:
• Stress-free coverage of the entire syllabus
• Time to develop higher-order problem-solving skills
• Confidence building through gradual mastery
As one parent noted: "The transformation in my child's attitude towards maths has been as valuable as the grade improvements."
► Proven Outcomes
My approach has consistently delivered:
• Average 2-grade improvements at A-Level
• 100% pass rates for GCSE students
• Oxbridge/MED school entrance success
"Reza doesn't just teach maths - he teaches how to excel at maths," shared a Russell Group-bound student.
