Personal Description:
Hello! I'm a native Cantonese speaker from Hong Kong, currently studying at the University of Bristol. I offer engaging and effective lessons in both Cantonese and Mandarin, focusing on reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Having studied Mandarin and English throughout my life, I'm fluent in both and confident in helping learners of all levels. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, I tailor each lesson to suit your goals and learning style.

Teaching Experience:
While this is my first time working as a formal tutor, I have consistently helped friends and classmates improve their Cantonese and Mandarin through informal lessons and language exchanges.
I enjoy explaining language concepts clearly and adapting to different learning styles. My background as a native Cantonese speaker, fluency in Mandarin and English, and daily use of all three languages have given me a strong foundation to support new learners.
I'm excited to start my tutoring journey and help others feel more confident and comfortable using Chinese in real-life situations!

I believe that learning a language should be enjoyable and practical, so I focus on helping students build confidence in using Cantonese or Mandarin in real-life situations, whether that's through conversation practice, reading, writing, or pronunciation.
Each lesson is tailored to the student's level, interests, and goals. I can use textbooks, real-world materials (like songs, news, or short videos), and custom exercises to keep learning engaging. I also pay close attention to tone accuracy and grammar.
My aim is to make students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing step by step at their own pace.
