Personal Description:

I am a passionate Computing enthusiast that has recently completed my PGDE Secondary Education for Computing Science. My love for teaching is driven by my desire to make complex concepts accessible and exciting for students. During my training, I developed engaging lesson plans and utilized interactive methods to spark curiosity and enhance understanding. I am dedicated to supporting all students, especially those who need extra help, and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. My goal is to inspire young minds to explore the vast possibilities within Computing Science and help them achieve their full potential.

Teaching Experience:

I have completed three placements in secondary schools, where I developed and delivered engaging Computing Science lessons to students in various grades. My experience includes creating interactive lesson plans, utilizing hands-on activities, and incorporating technology to enhance student understanding and engagement. I provided personalized support to students needing additional help, ensuring their progress and confidence. I also participated in extracurricular activities, organized after-school tutoring sessions, and contributed to parent-teacher meetings, offering insights on student development. I am now progressing onto my probation year, where I aim to continue developing innovative teaching strategies and fostering an inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal growth of all students.
