Personal Description:
I'm a newly qualified maths teacher with an ambition for helping students not only achieve higher grades with their maths but also to gain a deeper understanding of mathematics.
Teaching Experience:
I graduated University in 2022 with a degree in Secondary Mathematics Education with QTS and have developed new skills in order to enable students with the ability to succeed with mathematics.
Tutoring Approach:
My lessons aim to engage students int maths whether they have become complacent and need new challenges to solve or help with work they are completing at school. Maths can be a challenging subject. By approaching all topics from a ability the student understands then building on their previous knowledge, good progress will be made. The lessons can run up to an hour or on occasion longer if required i.e. going through a full exam paper. My lessons are aimed at students studying at a GCSE to A level standard.
