Personal Description:

I am a maths mastery specialist within the new 9-1 GCSE curriculum. I believe in a deep understanding of the foundations of mathematics in order to enhance the learning process. I am currently working in a mixed school in north london and I am keen on tutoring after school hours and on the weekends.



Teaching Experience:

Six years teaching experience in mathematics and two years experience teaching accounting.
Three years experience as a teaching assistant in small variety of secondary schools.
Maths mastery specialist.
Secondary and A-Level maths and business tutor.



Tutoring Approach:

I believe in either tutoring on a one to one basis or within a small group, in order to cater for the needs of each individual.

I firstly demonstrate theory, then provide application examples in order to gain a real life context. Prompting questions are given to enhance thinking capabilities. When confident, exam style questioning is provided.
