Personal Description:
Hi! I'm a 25 year old primary school teacher from Solihull, near Birmingham. I have a BA (Hons) in Acting from the London College of Music and have been a member of the Crescent theatre for 3 years. I like going to the gym, reading and helping others.
Teaching Experience:
I am in my 4th year of primary teaching and have taught years 1-5, with some experience of teaching year 6. I have experience aiding students with 11+ examinations and year 2 and year 6 SATs.
Tutoring Approach:
I am a teacher who believes that every student can achieve if given the correct tools to do so. Some children and adults really thrive from 1 on 1 tuition and this can help them to reach their full potential. Getting to know a students strengths are paramount and increasing confidence is so incredibly important, before any learning can even take place. I aim to understand and know a students strengths and weaknesses so each session can be tailored exactly to their current needs.
