Personal Description:

I work at University of Kent and I have over a decade of experience teaching students. I offer Maths, English, Entrance Exam and Drama tuition to students in their home, my home and online.

Teaching Experience:

My love of tutoring began when I started teaching Drama and Dance at the age of 17 whilst I attended The BRIT School.

I went on to complete my PGCE teacher training qualification in English and Drama in 2015 where I gained substantial experience working with adult learners.

I previously worked as a manager and tutor trainer at a well known tuition centre, teaching Maths, English and 11+ entrance exam preparation to students aged 4-16.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe it's important to take time to understand the goals and expectations of students and parents at the beginning of the learning journey.

I aim to be an approachable and fun tutor. I assess a student's learning style so I can tailor our lessons in the most appropriate way.

Over the past year I have had great results, in particular helping students increase confidence and attainment in Maths and English at Primary, Secondary and GCSE levels.

• BA (Hons) Drama & Photography
