Personal Description:
Hi! I'm a graduate from the Royal College of Art, with an MA First (class degree) in Painting.
Highly experienced in Arts and Design with great experience in teaching art, and in helping to develop any painting technique (watercolor, gouache, acrylic, oil, etc) or design subject (Adobe Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Adobe InDesign, layout design, typography, creative design, etc).
I do tutoring 1 on 1, critiquing your artwork and helping you improve by enhancing what you are good at and reinforcing your weak areas. I also teach in basic and advanced levels: anatomy, color, lighting, portrait, figure, landscape, perspective, composition, expressive drawing and painting, and many other things.
Spanish native, with high knowledge of teaching Spanish at any level.
Strong ability to inspire and enhance student's skills and knowledge, adapting and personalizing the learning experience to achieve the best results. Active listener and genuine commitment to reach the student goals.
Working well under pressure with strong concentration and focus with a passion for changing people's life positively.
Teaching Experience:
Lectured at Camberwell College of Arts, UCA Canterbury University for the creative arts, Goldsmiths University and 5 years of experience in teaching 1-1 in private tutoring sessions.
Tutoring Approach:
I find efficiency and motivation the key elements to a satisfactory learning experience. Efficiency is necessary to focus on the goals the student wants to achieve, so they don't feel they are losing their time and money. Motivation as a result of a fun and exciting journey of your chosen subject taught with passion and care.
