Personal Description:
I'm a professional qualified in elocution through the London College of Music. Additionally, I am a qualified Coach and Mentor through the Institute of Leadership and Management. I've worked in a number of business sectors and have over fifteen years' experience of working at senior level in a number of organisations.
To get ahead in business and life today you need to have self-belief, great communication skills and a passion for learning and personal development. That's where I can ensure you have the advantage!
Having gained experience in corporate life at senior level, I get great satisfaction from motivating and enabling my clients of all ages to achieve their personal goals - either on a personal or professional level.
I'm married and live in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
Teaching Experience:
My teaching experience is extensive and I've enjoyed working with both children and adults to build self-belief and confidence. Adult clients have come from all walks of life including graduates, teachers, solicitors, students, doctors, managing directors, administrators and prison officers. Children of school age have had help with specific projects, English language development and elocution, and presentation skills.
Reasons for seeking tuition vary widely and include wanting to communicate more effectively, learn presentation skills, pass verbal examinations, prepare for job interviews or public speaking opportunities.
Sharing and learning in a private, confidential environment helps clients achieve their goals more quickly and my passion is to enable clients to be the best they can be and learn life skills that they can use in their personal and professional lives.
Tutoring Approach:
My approach to tutoring is based on the needs of the individual client and the objectives they want to achieve. I use my experience to achieve the desired result as quickly as possible for my clients.
I am calm, non-judgemental and have a good sense of humour - which builds trust and rapport quickly!
I prefer to tutor face to face as this achieves the best results in the shortest times but can also work across Skype, WhatsApp or similar.
