Personal Description:
I am a kind, caring, and professional tutor - having enjoyed a successful career in publishing with organisations such as Oxford University Press and the Society of Antiquaries of London for several years. I have a First Class MA in Art History, History, and Philosophy from St. Andrews University and an MPhil in Modern History from the University of Bristol. I offer humanities and eleven plus tutoring.
Teaching Experience:
I am coming to tutoring from a professional background in publishing, arts, and marketing. I have significant experience tutoring at all levels from primary to GCSE, A Level and University.
Tutoring Approach:
I approach each learner and their needs individually, always meeting with prospective clients to discuss their aims and goals, strengths and weaknesses prior to beginning lessons. This allows me to tailor my lessons and approach to you or your child's unique requirements.
I charge £30-£40 per hour, and am willing to travel around 5 miles from my base in Claverdon - including Henley, Warwick, Alcester, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon and the surrounding areas. I am always open to new challenges, so do get in touch!
