Personal Description:
Hi, I am offering support to KS3 Science & Maths, GCSE Science, A- level Chemistry & Biology students through private tutoring in Kenilworth since 2016.
I am an enthusiastic and dedicated tutor with a passion for science who always strives to do the best for students. Having taught in local state as well as independent secondary schools, I am able to take on responsibility for students' differentiated educational needs. In my previous career, I have worked as a postdoctoral research scientist in Russell Group universities and subsequently, moved into teaching to share my passion for science with the younger generation.

Availability (for face to face & remote lessons):
Wednesday 4-7 pm
Friday 4-7 pm
Saturday 4:30-5:30 pm
School Holidays: Monday- Friday 10 am - 5 pm
Teaching Experience:
* 8 years experience of teaching and Assessment for Learning: KS3 and GCSE (Science), A-level and FE (L3-5 Chemistry) mixed abilities including special needs.
* Exam boards taught- AQA (Higher tier & foundation), IGCSE Edexcel, OCR-A & OCR-B including 11+ Maths (CEM).
Science teaching experience in private and state schools at KS2, KS3, GCSE, A level (Chemistry), Access to HE and HE level (Chemistry)
* OCR exam board assessor in 2017 (GCSE Chemistry)
* EU Medical Entrance Test coaching (100% pass rate)
* GCSE Science & A-level Chemistry students achieved their predicted grades (100% pass rate 2016-2021)
