Personal Description:
I am a recent graduate from the University of Glasgow having been awarded a 2:1 Honours Degree in Music (BMus)
Ready to offer tutoring services for those interested in learning beginner Piano, Guitar, Drums or Saxophone.
Also available to offer tutoring in Music Theory up to Grade 5. (Beginners, Standard Grade, (Adv) Higher)
I'm a friendly, approachable and extremely patient person who enjoys teaching others.
I am also very enthusiastic about my subject and aim to convey this enthusiasm through tuition
Teaching Experience:
I have over 6 years of experience in tuition and classroom assistance.
I Have also assisted secondary music teachers in preparing students for exams and working with small groups within the classroom giving instrumental instruction.
Experience in teaching young children, teenagers and adults.
Tutoring Approach:
Patient and attentive to the individual students needs.
I know that each student is different and I take this into account by tailoring to each students needs.
I also believe that learning, especially with a subject such as Music, should be fun and enjoyable as well as informative and educational.
My aim is to impart my enthusiasm for learning to the stuedent.
