Personal Description:
Hi,
I'm a fully qualified teacher for both high schools and further/higher education settings.
After completing my secondary teacher training I moved into higher education. There I taught computing/networking/business & soft skills, as a full time lecturer.
I also completed my Masters in Education, specialising in Teaching, Learning & Assessment.
Over time I progressed to head of level, deputy programme manager and then onto programme manager, for the UK's largest technical degree apprenticeships. Whilst in this role I enhanced this programme, supported it's redesign and developed the assessment methods.
Due to this experience, I am very able to support people of all ages and abilities, no matter what competence level they may be at.
I am patient and supportive and also honest, if your work needs to be improved I will provide constructive feedback and support to ensure your work is the best it can be.
I'm friendly, have a love for the subject, and technology in general. I have a passion for getting students to achieve their full potential and support students through the easy, and more challenging times of learning.

I analyse where people need assistance and create a plan of action, identifying what it is they need as the learner how we can move forward to achieve those targets.
Together we look over the outcomes that are needed and identify where additional learning and support can take place.
