Personal Description:
After finishing a BSc Maths course and with over three years & 1000+ hours of one-to-one tuition under my belt, I want to share the understanding I have with as many people as possible. Love getting to know new people and tailoring lessons to match specific needs. Confident tutoring Maths to all abilities, particularly for GCSE and A level.
Teaching Experience:
8+ years/1000+hours one-to-one tuition in maths. I have helped out people ages 8 to adult with a wide range of abilities and goals. Particular qualifications taught include GCSE, AS/A2 (including mechanics, stats, further maths), CIMA, Open university, QTS Numeracy, 1st year mechanics/engineering, etc
Tutoring Approach:
I have a relaxed approach focusing on getting to know potential tutees, figuring out any current barriers to success and building on personal strengths while identifying and working on eliminating weaknesses through greater understanding, practise and confidence-building.
