Personal Description:
I have helped many students achieve much better results than they initially expected. Many people find that they can understand what they at first found difficult in a well managed one to one setting. I give the lessons at my home or online. All lessons given Monday-Friday are online.
Teaching Experience:
1987-1988 I worked at a private tutorial college in Wales. For eight years I worked in a state school teaching GCSE A level mathematics and A level further maths to sixth-formers and able pupils in lower years. I also helped students prepare for STEP and AEA. Since 1988 I have been tutoring mathematics at home and online. . I have a first class honours degree in mathematics. I get about half my students on recommendation
Tutoring Approach:
I tutor online and at home. I do in the lesson what the student asks me to do, but I am prepared to structure a course for somebody not in school,
